This online session is co-organised by the CommuniCity and the Living-in.EU projects. Aimed at city administrations, NGOs, research institutions and other organisations working closely with vulnerable groups, it offers an introduction to the concept of Living Labs by showcasing three case studies.

Participants will learn how the living lab methodology can be effectively applied to initiatives involving vulnerable groups. Drawing on the experiences of three established Living Labs, the session will highlight practical approaches to addressing challenges, navigating complex contexts, and leveraging opportunities, always with a strong focus on inclusion and community engagement. 

Through a series of presentations and a panel discussion, participants will gain valuable insights into how Living Lab methodologies can support meaningful collaboration, foster trust, and deliver real-world impact in projects that work closely with vulnerable communities. The session aims to provide concrete inspiration and strategies for practitioners seeking to apply these methods in sensitive and dynamic environments.
