Increasing Digitalization Awareness & Readiness of Slovak Municipalities for Digitalization

Date: Monday, 7th April 2025
Time: 09:00 - 15:45 (Registration from 8:00)
Venue: Účelové zariadenie Hotel Bôrik, Bôrik 15, 811 02 Bratislava
The main objective of this European Commission initiative is to support the development of comprehensive digital strategies and plans (in line with the Digital Decade) that will help municipalities achieve their green and digital objectives.
A series of information and training events will provide municipalities, regardless of their size or level of maturity, with the skills needed to tackle the complex challenges of digitalisation.
This introductory event provides valuable insights into European digital topics and includes presentations by experts who present them in a clear and accessible way. It is designed for local government representatives, providing them with background information and understanding to support their digital initiatives.
The aim of this event is to raise awareness among the target group and to prepare the ground for subsequent practical training on the topic.
The event will be held in Slovak and English due to the presence of foreign speakers. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
